  9. End-users of the unregistered versions of REPEATER-BASE are licensed
  10. to use this software on a trial basis for their approval. If the user
  11. decides to keep and use this software as intended, the user should register
  12. the program with Zion Software Publications.

  14. BBS Sysops: This program may be freely distributed over BBS systems as long
  15. as there are no files added to or removed form the original compressed file
  16. package. Any and all file modifications are strictly prohibited.

  18. Vendors, BBS Sysops, Distributors, Computer Clubs and User Groups wishing to
  19. add the software product to their library may do so in accordance with the

  106. ZION SOFTWARE PUBLICATIONS WARRANTS THAT ITS DISKS ARE FREE FROM DEFECTS FOR
  107. 90 DAYS AND WILL REPLACE ANY DEFECTIVE DISKS WITHIN THAT TIME PERIOD UPON 
  108. RECEIPT OF SUCH DEFECTIVE DISKS, POSTAGE PREPAID. ZION SOFTWARE PUBLICATIONS
  109. FURTHER WARRANTS THAT THIS SOFTWARE WILL PERFORM SUBSTANTIALLY IN ACCORDANCE
  110. WITH ANY WRITTEN GUARANTEES PUBLISHED BY ZION SOFTWARE PUBLICATIONS.
